How to use
Thoroughly wash your face, making sure that it is free of any creams, lotions and makeup. Wet your nose well with water. If your nose is not wet enough, the strip may not stick and it will not be effective. With dry hands, open and peel the strip from the plastic liner and use immediately. Apply the strip to the moistened nose area with the shiny side facing your skin. Press down and smooth out air bubbles, ensuring good contact with the skin. Allow the strip to dry for 10 to 15 minutes. The strip will stiffen as it dries. Depending on humidity, climate or perspiration, you may need to leave the strip on slightly longer to ensure it is completely dry. Once the strip is completely dry, remove by slowly and carefully peeling off the strip, starling at the edges and pulling towards the centre. Use water to rinse any residue. This treatment can be used 1-2 times a week, leaving a 3-day interval between use.
 
Warnings
Avoid using on sunburnt, blemished or pimply skin.
Avoid using on skin that is sensitive to tapes, bandages or peel-off masks.
Use only on nose (do not use around eyes).
Use 1-2 times weekly (allow a 3-day interval between usage).
If the strip adheres too strongly to skin or is painful to remove, wet the strip thoroughly until the strip slides off easily.
For external use only.
Test for skin sensitivity on the inside of the arm, discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Keep out of reach of children.
